All About “remote“ guidance

Disney has made a fairly recent change to their policy, and they no longer allow third party tour guides inside the parks. However, I have created a system where I still give the same quality service to my guests, without physically being there. Through a series of short texts throughout the day, I am able to help you enjoy as many (in some cases more) attractions than when I am there in person! 

Behind the scenes, I am still doing everything that I normally do in person to ensure that you have efficient and enjoyable days. This includes obtaining Lightning Lane reservations, monitoring ride wait times and closures, and making any necessary adjustments to keep you from waiting in long lines.

In reality, doing this from outside the parks has proven to be more effective. While in the parks, the Disney app is sluggish because of the tens of thousands of people using the same network. Also, there are numerous distractions in the busiest theme parks in the world. While sitting at my desk, I’m using a computer, two iPads, and multiple smartphones, and I’m able to refresh the screens exponentially faster. This gives you a better chance at good Lightning Lane return times, which means visiting even more attractions with minimal waiting. 

The process for my guests is very easy. You simply follow my text directions throughout each day, and enjoy the rides and shows as a family. By the time you finish each attraction, I have you set up for the next one. I include directions to each ride, as well as any other pertinent info. I will also point out the nearest restrooms, snack stands, and shops upon request, as well as make dining reservations. I am completely focused on your family, so you will basically get the same service I provide in person, minus my smiling face and silly Disney trivia. Also, the daily rate for this is less than what Disney charges for only ONE HOUR of their guide service during busy times.
